Daleys Hand of the night has been cancelled ...
Daley could show you two of his nut flushes losing to full houses or my
-$100 loss on my pocket AA. Or any number of bad hands.
Thursday i started with $180 went up to $440 by friday night $610 tonight ....
then down .... to $380. Which is still up $200 in 3 nights which is good but god the
swings are hard.
I swear i'm done with draws , straights, flushes, straight flushes, i must be on the worlds
longest dry streak, i've literally bet into about 20 different 30% chance drawing hands
and seen the hands to the river, with big pay offs if i hit and i've hit like nothing. So i cashed
out $280 and left $100 online to play with. Hopefully that keeps my head on straight and
makes me play tighter.

Before this hand about 20 hands before i lost 2 pots by betting $1 and having a guy reraise me $4 then i would fold, and i complained to him about always reraising my $1 bet. I also reraised a $4 to $8 then got reraised again and folded. I tried to use that knowledge and my reputation of folding to reraises in this hand.

(So here we go 30 seconds to figure it out, first thing does he have AK, second why is he all in , he did call my reraise and then put $25 betting first after the King fell, that is a strong play because most players will check after a raise... but then again he could be going all in cause i missed my flush draw, my play is consistent with someone looking for a flush and this would drive me out .... I wait till the very last second stareing at the $54 i have left then I call it, last thought going threw my mind is he has me on the flush draw.

He calls me a fish then leaves the table. If he wasn't a fish he would have stayed and tried to win some money back now that players know he's the type to go all in on a draw, use that to his advantage.

I get the straight to the Queen.

--- A,2 off suit, limp in for 30 chips, flop is 2,2,K, 2 spades on board. I check someone bets 30 chips and there is another caller. Turn comes Ace ... giving me the full house, i check then call 30. River is a spade, I hope someone has the Flush, I check, bet of 30, bet of 30, they only have 400 chips each so i bet 400 .. if they wanna see my nutz they can pay for it. They pass and i win the pot.

---A,K suited spades, Big Slick hardest hand in poker to get ... There is a pre flop raise of 90, I just call it as the guy has 2100 chips and I don't wanna get pushed all in pre flop even if i have the best drawing hand in poker it still loses to a pair of no ace or king falls. K,J,8 falls with 2 hearts. I check as he was the pre flop raiser and should represent. He checks though and Q falls.
I bet the pot or a little over and get called, then 9 comes up. K,J,8,Q,9 .. so now a 10 is a straight .... With a pot of 500 I bet 400 and get raised $1000. I fold. (2900)

--- A,k I get raised 65 chips, I just call it. Flop comes 2,6,7, (2 spades , my king is spades). He bets 100 and i call. Another spade, 9 falls. Now i have a flush draw, I decide to represent the straight or flush and bet 175, he calls. Last card is no help ... he checks ... I have the feeling if i bet big he is 80% likely to fold but he could have pocket he can't get away from since i have AK if he totally missed, i win anyway, so i check it. He has A,6 suited, pair of 6's wins.

--- I call a 175 pre flop raise on 10,2 suited. Flop misses me , i check then fold to a bet.

--- I steal some blinds, and pick up two pots, one with 9/7 suited hitting the 9 but representing the ace. (2510 chips currently) Blinds are 25/50

---Maybe i should have come over him ... but i wanted to trap him. At least get him to bet once more then come over his head. I bet he had pocket 10/10 or JJ and figured I had AK.

--- Hmmmm *sigh* just had a terrible hand ... pre flop raise of 600 i called with pocket QQ. flop comes up 332, and he goes all in for 1500 chips, i have one more guy who is in the pot after me who has 2600 chips. I got trapped in this sucky position, if i call and either has AA, KK, or god forbid pocket 33, A3 suited, 22. With the posibility of the guy after me going all in after i call and me being in on QQ for 2600 chips when i can walk away having only spent 600 I take a walk, guy after me folds as well, and the better, shows his pocket 10/10 ... grr oh well :) only proves i'm a good player and now i got AA.

Well there hasn't been much to talk about. I have been playin on and off. I put on $50 and played for about 3 weeks , mainly sit and goes. I had up swings and down swings, but eventually a couple bad beats got me. Mainly me flopping a set of 3's on a big pot, having JJ (over cards) calling and him hitting Jack on the River.
I also had a really bad beat when i had Pocket QQ , flop was Q,A,A. The other guy in had the A,9. River came 9.
So i played in a $5 Limit Holdem tourny and made 14th out of 690 players. Only winning $30 9th place was $100 and 1st was $750.
Still it was nice to finish that high in a tourny as my previous record had been about 47th.
I saw a tourny on party poker the other day 1000 party points to enter, 1 entry into the $100k party for free tournament. 1000 points is quite a few points. Anyway long story short there were 555 players and i lasted to the top 18 to get my invite and finished 3rd.
So Oct, 23rd I play in a $100,000 card tournament. Woo hoo.

Well there were some wild poker times, I went from $60 up to $280 and the day before that jump i had cashed out $200 meaning i went from $60 to $500 really. The wins really came from a wide array of places. I did well at the .50 / $1 table, I won a couple holdem $10 sit and goes and I won my biggest hand ever playing at the NL $100 table getting AA vs a guys JJ with 4 callers $8 pre flop.
Two guys called my $15 flop bet then the guy with JJ called me all the way down the line on $15 bets. I won another big pot of about $40 - $50 on Ace high , Queen kicker.
I cashed out quite alot of my cash and then went on a huge losing/ bad beat streak. Nothing i could do would stop it, i lost $100 then another $100 . No matter how good my odds i'd lose, my boat lost to quads, my open ended straight flush draws wouldn't hit and of course when i had the cards on the table my opponents would hit their draws no matter how bad they played. For example a guy bet $15 all in on the 15% chance of hitting his flush on the river.
So right now i'm about even on my online poker career, not ahead not behind. Right now i'm trying to drill it into my head to only bet in holdem when i have something that's limit holdem mind you .
